Cancellation Policy
As a professional courtesy, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Additionally, in the event of a second cancellation within a 24-hour notice period, you will be unable to book future appointments. Please note that should you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a "no-show" fee. Should you fail to attend an appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. In the event of a second "no-show," you will no longer be able to book appointments with us. By booking an appointment and providing valid credit card information, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
No Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you do not show up to your appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of up to 100% of the service to the credit card on file. This fee compensates our time and effort reserved for you, and also helps us to maintain our schedule and serve other clients efficiently.
Please note that after 2 no-shows, you will not be able to book an appointment with us. We do not offer refunds for no-show fees or any other services.
Late Policy
We respect your time and want to ensure that you receive the best possible service during your appointment. We kindly ask that you let us know if you are running late, so we can make any necessary adjustments to our schedule. Otherwise, we will assume you will not be showing up and may release your appointment.
If you are less than 20 minutes late, we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible within the time allotted. Please note that you will still be charged the full price of the appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and apply a no-show fee to cover the time and effort we have reserved for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
Fill Policy
During a fill appointment, we will remove grown-out extensions, gently cleanse and prep your natural lashes, and apply new extensions to replace the ones that have shed. Please keep in mind that fills are meant to replace 50% of extensions, so if you have shed or grown out more than 50%, it's best to book more time to maintain your desired fullness. If this is the case, please send us a text ahead of time, so we can adjust your upcoming booking accordingly.
Also, please note that if you return more than 5 weeks after your last appointment, it will automatically be considered a full set. Lashes require the removal of outgrown lashes, so it's important to schedule within the recommended time frame. Fills are priced based on the number of weeks since your last appointment.
Fill From Another Salon Policy
We welcome clients from other salons, but please note that we will need to perform a consultation at the beginning of your fill appointment to determine the condition of your extensions and natural lashes. We require a 50% retention rate to be considered a fill appointment. In some cases, a removal and full set may be required, depending on the current condition of your lash extensions.
Our goal is to ensure that you leave our salon with beautiful, healthy-looking lashes. If we determine that a removal and full set is necessary, we will discuss this with you and provide you with options for achieving your desired look.
Booking Policy
We want to ensure that all our clients have a great salon experience and are able to get the appointment they need at the time they need it. To achieve this, we require a 25% deposit and a credit card on file to hold all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total amount of service. We suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving to guarantee your preferred time and date. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
